Cadastral Parcel ID Search
The primary purpose of the application is to provide an open and free cadastral parcel id search service.
In addition, it also enables users to search for address (EHA) data, while supporting the visualization of search results through orthophoto imagery or NTA base map services.
What is it used for?
Citizens can use the application to identify the cadastral parcel ID and address of their property.
Before purchasing a new property, users can verify whether the map and actual on-site conditions are consistent, supported by orthophoto imagery, and can also check whether a condominium building is registered on the parcel.
Surveyors can use the service to assess terrain and site conditions that may affect or complicate fieldwork for a new assignment.
The application is also suitable for the preliminary identification and assessment of potential investment sites.
Municipalities without their own GIS system use the service as a supporting data source for address creation and management.
What problem does it solve?
Citizens can locate their property and its address on the map. They can also view the property overlaid on an orthophoto base map service, all free of charge.
What does this service offer?
Users can search and explore nearly 8 million land parcels and 5.9 million addresses, displayed on either an orthophoto or NTA base map service.
