The Access Location Database facilitates spatial identification of Hungarian properties by matching address data to cadastral parcel ids.
What does it contain?
The quarterly-updated data are derived from information contained in the land registry title deeds and the Cadastral map database, thus the database is composed of the following information: county code, settlement name, location code, takaros code (Hungarian land registry settlement code), parcel id, object type code, parcelid/parcel id for individual independent property (for flats and non-residential premises), public area name, house number, floor, door, centroid point EOV coordinates (Hungarian National Grid). Available at both land parcel and sub-parcel (albetét) level.
