The INSPIRE-compliant data catalogue service of the Lechner Knowledge Center
A catalogue of geospatial datasets managed by the Lechner Knowledge Center, as defined by the INSPIRE Directive and the High-Value Datasets (HVD) Regulation.
What is it used for?
The inspire.lechnerkozpont.hu platform is the geospatial data catalogue of the Lechner Knowledge Center, primarily providing the data services defined by the INSPIRE Directive and the High-Value Datasets (HVD) Regulation. The platform systematically collects and publishes the geospatial data, along with its metadata. The main goal of this service interface is to act as a sharing platform for open and free geospatial data that do not fall under the INSPIRE and HVD scopes, too.
What problem does it solve?
The metadata catalogue organizes geospatial data assets of Lechner Knowledge Center, thereby ensuring the exploring and standardized sharing of various geospatial data.
What does this service offer?
A collection of thematic geospatial data services defined on the basis of the INSPIRE Directive and the High-Value Datasets Regulation (Fore more information: https://data.europa.eu/en/publications/datastories/high-value-datasets-overview-through-visualisation). The available datasets are primarily those detailed in the annexes, but the data content is continuously expanding.
